Orders

By submitting an order, you are offering to purchase the selected products at the price and under the conditions displayed at checkout.

After an order is submitted, you may receive an electronic confirmation containing the order details.

We may refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including:

• The product is unavailable.
• Payment cannot be successfully authorised or completed.
• There is an obvious pricing or technical error.
• Information supplied for the order appears materially incorrect or incomplete.
• The order appears fraudulent or abusive.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully received, any amount due back to you will be refunded using an appropriate payment method.

Product information

We aim to present product descriptions, photographs, sizes, colours and other information as clearly and accurately as reasonably possible.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, display settings, lighting and photography.

Customers should review the product page, available images and size information carefully before ordering.

Product availability may change without notice. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability until the order is successfully processed.

Prices & payments

The price payable for a product is the price shown to you during the checkout process, subject to correction of obvious errors where permitted by law.

Any applicable delivery charges, taxes or other charges that VeyraMode is required to collect will be displayed or communicated before the order is completed where required.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payment availability may depend on your country, device, currency or payment provider.

Payment information may be processed by third-party payment service providers. VeyraMode does not ask customers to send full card information by ordinary email.

Processing, shipping & delivery

Estimated processing and delivery information is displayed on the website and/or product pages.

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates unless an expressly guaranteed delivery service has been agreed.

Once tracking information becomes available, customers may follow shipment updates through our tracking page.

Please ensure that the shipping name, address, telephone number and other delivery information supplied at checkout are accurate.

If a delivery problem occurs, contact contact@veyramode.com and include your order number.

Returns, refunds & withdrawal

VeyraMode offers a commercial return policy described on our dedicated Returns & Refund Policy page.

Where mandatory consumer law provides a statutory right of withdrawal, that right applies independently of any additional commercial return period offered by VeyraMode.

Where applicable to eligible distance purchases, consumers may have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to the requirements and exceptions established by applicable law.

To request a return, customers should contact us before sending goods back.

Faulty or non-conforming goods

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes or restricts mandatory rights relating to goods that are defective or otherwise not in conformity with the sales contract.

Include your order number, a description of the issue and relevant photographs where they can help us assess the problem.

Available remedies will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Order changes & cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered preparation or has been dispatched, we may be unable to modify or stop the shipment.

This does not affect any statutory withdrawal or other mandatory consumer rights that may apply after delivery.

Customer accounts

Where the website allows customers to create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for providing accurate account information.

Please contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

We may restrict or suspend accounts that are used fraudulently, unlawfully or in a manner that materially interferes with the website.

Acceptable use of the website

You may use VeyraMode for lawful personal shopping and browsing purposes.
